God wants there to be order, while the enemy causes disorder. Part of the strategy of Satan is to spread fear amongst believers, and to threaten our safety. Church safety is not about going on the offensive to try and destroy those who hate the church; the mission of this ministry is to protect us and ensure a safe environment. As we have seen continual attacks against church property, believers and leaders, this focus of ministry deserves all of the attention and resources necessary to provide safety.
